How to Pay
Island EMS ambulance bills can be paid in various ways. You can make your payment by Interac e-transfer, mail, call to make payment over the phone with a credit card or visit us at our Administration Office. Payments can also be made at most financial institutions, with the exception of some Credit Unions.
INTERAC E-TRANSFER
Via your online banking app, choose Interac E-Transfer and Send Money.
Add new contact using the following information:
Name – Island EMS
Email address – [email protected]
Complete the e-Transfer using the invoiced amount, and newly created contact.
Important – you must include the invoice # and patient name within the message section of the e-Transfer, otherwise we will not be able to correctly apply payment.
Please note, we are unable to accept e-transfers that do not have auto-deposit verification. Most large institutions have this feature, but if you have any questions please consult your financial institution for additional information.

You will need to have a copy of your bill when making the payment at your financial institution so they can stamp the top portion and detach the bottom portion to forward along to the processing department.
We recommend payment by credit card for any out-of-Canada residence
